One of the defining founding characteristics of this Network are its social justice values: equity, diversity and inclusion; privileging feminist principles and perspectives and recognizing and fighting against patriarchal and male-centric paradigms; embracing anti-racist and anti-colonial principles and actions; and confronting and deconstructing able-ism.
Since its founding in 2021, the DRN members have been prioritizing the development of the Network strategy and identifying different programmatic areas of work. Earlier this year, members decided to also develop a dedicated steam of work focusing on the social justice values of the network.
To help us on this path in 2025, the network is looking for an experienced consultant in order to develop a common ground of practice that brings together all the lessons, good practices and policies that DRN members have established in relation to their social justice values.
We look forward to starting this work, and sharing our learnings on this blog in the coming months. For now, we invite interested consultants to review the terms of reference and submit an initial expression of interest by Dec 20.
For more details, including how to apply, please see the terms of reference.
